General Item Return Policy

All products being sold at are guaranteed to be delivered to buyers within 60 days. Buyers can get a full refund if they have not received their products within this time ,and in most cases, items shipped from can be returned within 3 days after delivery.

Please contact us before returning a defective item, you will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped.

IMPORTANT: For final sale items/clearance items/promotional items, once a customer orders, the hair color "will not be replaced", so please make sure you add the correct hair color of your choice to your cart before submitting your order to us.

As long as your order status is not "shipped", the product details of your order can only be modified within 24 business hours of placing the order. Please note that we cannot change the product specifications of your order 24 hours after placing the order. (Please contact our support team as soon as possible with a brief description of the change.)

3 Days DOA Product Guarantee

If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different or not working, you will be protected by this guarantee.

Below please find its procedure:

1.Within 3 days of receiving the product, contact us with a photo or video showing the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement;

2.We will review your claim and contact you if we need more information

3.If approved, we will arrange a refund or a replacement of the defective product, and you may be asked to return it. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

3 Days Return To Us

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return its content to us within 3 days after its delivery date. Please ensure that the item is in good conditions and we will arrange a refund of the price you paid minus the shipping fees after receiving it.

For hygiene reasons, certain types of adult and clothing products can not be returned if they have been opened and/or used.

Unable Return Policy

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1. The customer did not return to our return address(pls contact us to get the return address)

2. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

3. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, war, public holidays and customs issues.

4. Un-insured orders that are lost or stolen.

5. Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond control.
